How do I request UK-only data residency confirmation?

Email support@lawpal.co.uk with your organisation name and requirement. Hosting location and residency controls can depend on plan and configuration, so we will confirm what applies to your account.

How do I report a security issue?

Email security@lawpal.co.uk with a clear description, impact, and steps to reproduce. Reports are triaged based on severity.

How do I get help with billing or invoices?

Billing and invoices are available in the Billing tab within your personal dashboard. This section provides a secure, private record of all transactions, including subscriptions and pay-as-you-go payments. Each completed payment includes a downloadable PDF invoice for your records. Access to the Billing tab is restricted to the account holder only and is protected by account-level security controls.
